These photos of butterflies were taken by me this summer in my gardens, using my Sony Mavica digital camera. I have attempted to identify each one using the NAS Field Guide ot North American Butterflies. If I have misidentified any of them, and you know the correct species, please email me. Thank you, and I hope you enjoy these  beautiful "flying flowers" as much as I have.

All of the photos above are of the Eastern Black Swallowtail. They are feeding on my (Buddleia)., or butterfly bushes, as they are commonly called.
